A few things people ask most before booking.
Soft Glam and Full Glam need at least 2 days' notice for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Monday through Thursday and all bridal bookings go through an enquiry first so I can confirm I'm free — the earlier you reach out for a wedding date, the better.
A 30% deposit is due at booking, non-refundable, and goes toward your total. It's what secures your date and time. The rest is due the day of, by card, Zelle, or cash.
Yes — I'm based in Princeton, TX and travel throughout the North Dallas area (McKinney, Frisco, Allen, Plano, and beyond) and across Texas. Your travel fee is calculated by distance and shown before you book.

Ready to book? Fill out the form and secure your appointment with a 30% deposit. All major cards accepted via Stripe. Remaining balance due day-of.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your total service cost is required at booking to secure your appointment date and time.
Cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment and only the deposit is forfeited — no additional charge.
Cancellations less than 48 hours out are charged the full service fee to the card on file, automatically and non-refundably. Each appointment includes one complimentary reschedule (self-service online, 48+ hours before your appointment, subject to availability); after that, further changes are handled directly with Dena.
Not present within 15 minutes with no notice is a no-show: full fee charged, non-refundable, no rescheduling.
Life happens — if a genuine emergency comes up, reach out to Dena as soon as you can. Exceptions to this policy are reviewed case-by-case.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and by Dena Belman LLC ("the Artist," "the Company," "Management"). By booking any service, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service fee is required to confirm and secure any appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total service fee. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and a confirmation is issued by Management.
48 Hours or More Before Appointment: The Client may cancel and will forfeit only the deposit. No additional charge applies.
Less Than 48 Hours Before Appointment: The Client will be charged 100% of the total service fee to the card on file, automatically and without further authorization required. This charge is non-refundable.
One-Time Complimentary Reschedule: Each appointment is eligible for one complimentary reschedule, which the Client may complete online using their appointment number, provided it is done at least 48 hours before the original appointment time and subject to Dena's availability. Once used, or if fewer than 48 hours remain, any further date changes must be arranged directly with Dena and may be treated as a cancellation subject to the policy above.
If the Client fails to be present or ready within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time without prior notice, the appointment is classified as a no-show. A no-show results in a 100% charge with no refund and no rescheduling offered.
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If an unexpected illness, family emergency, or other serious circumstance affects your appointment, contact Dena directly as soon as possible. Exceptions to the standard cancellation policy are considered on a case-by-case basis at Management's sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
The deposit (30% of the total service fee) is collected securely at the time of booking via Stripe. The remaining balance is due on the day of service via credit/debit card, Zelle, or cash. Returned payments or chargebacks will result in immediate termination of services and may be subject to legal action.
The Client accepts full responsibility for disclosing any known allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to the appointment. by Dena Belman LLC shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any adverse reactions, allergic responses, skin irritation, or other physical conditions arising from makeup application. The Client waives any and all claims against by Dena Belman LLC, its owner, employees, and agents for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from services rendered.
The Artist may photograph the Client's completed look for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless the Client opts out verbally at the start of the session.
by Dena Belman LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any Client at any time. If the Artist determines at the time of service that severe skin conditions, acne, or other concerns make it inadvisable to proceed, she reserves the right to decline without any legal or other liability to the Client.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas. All decisions made by Management under this Agreement are final and binding.
by Dena Belman LLC is a registered limited liability company. The personal assets of its owner are fully protected. Any claim against the Company shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service rendered.
